2. Are you a Martial Arts member from another area? It would be appropriate ettiquette to ask your instructor first for items that are on sale in this site,and purchase from them instead. If they cannot get what you are looking for,then by all means proceed with your order here. If you are happy to wait for merchandise to come to you at South Hams Martial Arts events, then you will not need P&P,but if you need items posting, please email Lesley@mcg.gb.com for appropriate costs first.

and packing has not been included, please email Lesley@mcg.gb.com first to get p&p costs.
