South Hams Taekwondo

    Little Pumas
Bite size fun for 4-6 year olds

We are lucky in the South Hams as we have a trained Primary School Teacher who is now the Chief Little PUMA™ Instructor and Co-ordinator, thus allowing us to have more time and expertise to running this fun, yet educational programme. Children are encouraged through our free grading programme, and free achievement badge system. Children can collect different coloured belts up to black belt, learning themes along the way as well as basic martial art skills. Themes include Emergency Skills, Stranger Drills, Fitness, Balance, Focus etc. Once children become seven they then are promoted up to our junior Taekwon-Do classes, where they will then start more specific training towards a black belt in Taekwon-Do.

Due to the popularity of this young persons programme, many Little PUMA merchandise items are now available to purchase through your instructor or here on our website. Ideal for birthdays or rewards.
