Dear
Parent/Carer
P.U.M.A
(Professional Unification of Martial Arts) is a forward thinking
organisation and takes its responsibility to children and
their safety very seriously.
Our
dedicated children's syllabus has been researched and designed
specifically to offer the best possible introduction to martial
arts training.
In
order for you and your family to receive the safest, best
service and value for money, we need your help with the following:-
a)
Each school will have different venue and lesson start/end
times. Please ensure that your child arrives in good time
for the start of the lesson and that you pick them up promptly
at the end.
b)
All parents are encouraged to stay and watch the lesson.
Experience shows those children whose parents take an active
role in their training progress further and faster than
those who don't.
c)If
you cannot stay for the lesson, please bring your child
into the training hall and let the instructor know they
are there.
d)
All children need to be picked up from within the training
hall.
e)
P.U.M.A. instructors cannot take responsibility for any
child not directly taking part in the lesson.
Feel
free to talk to your instructor. They will be more than happy
to answer any child protection questions you may have. You
may ask to view a copy of the P.U.M.A. child protection policy
at any time. Alternatively you can contact the P.U.M.A. child
protection officer by e-mail at cpo@puma-uk.com
Thank
you for your help and co-operation.
