Sophie Barnett 1st Degree
Instructor Little Dragons - Kingsbridge

Sophie has been training for four years and recently achieved her first degree black belt. One of the South Hams TaeKwon-Do families, both her children regulary train and compete and Sam her oldest, has also just graded for his black belt succesfully. Having competed from a yellow tag, Sophie has won several competitions and can add British Champion and Scottish Champion for sparring to her list of achievements. Some of Sophie's highlights and proudest moments are being awarded Kingsbridge Student of the Year in 2005 and Spirit of TaeKwon-Do which she won last year. Sophie is the regular instructor for Kingsbridge Little Dragons and instructs at other classes for both her club and for Plymouth. Sophie is also a fully qualified Little Dragon instructor and Assistant Instructor. In her spare time, when she has some, she enjoys watching "The Bill" and eating Lime flavoured Tortilla chips!
