Fitness Kickboxing™

is a fitness class to music, where we work hard, sweat
loads, kick bags, punch pads and have a great time
doing it. How else can I put it?. It just is fun. Either
attend this on its own or use it to supplement your Taekwon-Do
training, through extra technique practice and increased
