Congratulations to all that took part in our 3rd Jang Bong Seminar and Gradings with Tang Soo-do chief instructor & Examiner Mr Weyman. Some students have now reached level 5 out of 9 for this weapons cross training syllabus. The next levels will become more exciting with foam bo's, headgear and a bit of sparring with the staff. Interesting or what!

The next bo practice in our Tkd or KB classes will be w/c 5th Nov.
